What if my Email Address is hosted by another provider?
We block port 25 (SMTP) outgoing from our network that is not directed to our outgoing email servers. You will need to obtain an email account with us for sending Email. This will NOT change your current email address, it is for sending outgoing email only. If you have any questions please contact us.

How do I setup my Windows Mail Account?
  1. Click the Start Button
  2. Type mail in the search box and then press enter
  3. If the Windows Mail wizard opens continue, if not go to Step 4
    • On the Your Name screen, enter your name as you would like it to appear in all of your outgoing essages, Click Next
    • On the Internet E-mail Address screen, enter your e-mail address (i.e. jdoe@myRhinomail.com ), Click Next
    • On the Setup E-mail Servers screen, incoming e-mail server is a POP3 server, so leave that part alone.
      • Incoming and Outgoing Server Name is: mail.myRhinomail.com (assuming your email address @myRhinomail.com, if not use the last part of your email address @duracom.net would be mail.duracom.net)
      • Check the box that says Outgoing server requires authentication, Click Next
    • On the Internet Mail Logon screen, insure that your full e-mail address is shown as the e-mail username, and enter your password for your e-mail account (and leave the box checked to Remember Password), Click Next
    • On the Congratulations screen, Click Finish
    • You have Completed the Email Setup
  4. Click TOOLS, go down to ACCOUNTS
  5. Click ADD, Click E-Mail Account
  6. You should be able to start at STEP 3 at On Your Name screen, .....
