When is my Bill Due?
Our billing cycle is from the 1st day of the month to the last day of the month. We send out statements two weeks before the 1st of the month. Payments are due on the 1st and late by the 15th. You will be charged a late fee of $5.00 if the payment is not received on time as a result your services may be suspended also.

What method of payment do you accept?
We accept the following methods of payment Check, Check by phone, Money Order, Cashiers Check, Credit Card, and Cash. You can pay at our corporate office located 1026 West Main Durant, OK or you can mail your payment to PO BOX 1663 Durant, OK 74702. Please do NOT send any cash in the mail. Also remember to allow enough time for your payment to reach our office before the Due Date. If you have any further questions you may contact us any time.

How can I setup Autodraft from my checking account?
Rhino Communications can automatically draft your checking account monthly at NO additional charge. This will save you time, money, and insure your payment is made on time each month. You will need to fill out the Rhino Communications ACH authorization form. You can obtain that form here. After you complete the form attach a voided check (deposit slip will NOT work) and mail to:

How can I setup Autodraft from my Credit Card?
Rhino Communications can automatically debit your credit card monthly at NO additional charge. This will save you time, money, and insure your payment is made on time each month. You will need to fill out the Rhino Communications credit card authorization form. You can obtain that form here. You can mail, fax or bring the completed form in person to our office. When do you Auto debit my account?
If you are on ACH payment from your checking account, then will draft your account on the 5th of every month. If you are on Credit Card payment then we will charge your account on the 1st of every month. If the 1st or 5th falls on a holiday or weekend your account will be charged the following business day. If you have any further questions please contact our billing department.

Can I make a payment arrangement on my account?
We understand that sometimes you may need a little extra time paying your bill. Our billing department will work with you to make payment arrangments on your account. Keep in mind that if you have broke a prior payment arrangement you may not be eligible for a new one. Please contact our friendly billing staff will be available to assist you in anyway.
